I was sick for a couple of days. I could barely keep anything down. Felt like crap. But feeling better now. At least the scale was nice today. I hope everyone is doing great.
329.9 lb Lost so far: 90.1 lb.    Still to go: 169.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
