bmi has come down to 29.9 so I'm no longer obese just overweight 😁😁
174.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well done, iv just done my bmi with reading ur post n it's suggested I should be between 7st 13lb n 10st 10lb if I was 7st 13lb I'd look dreadful, why do they put such a ridiculous low weight?? not for me but some could take this to extreme xx

I'm just aiming for the higher end of the scale as i dont think i would look good at the lower end either x

that's a big milestone!!! Well done. I have moved into overweight too. its a bit reassuring that it's going in right direction
