So excited! Going on a trip in 10 days. Really, really want to weigh just 1.7 pounds less. Trying to eat only 800 calories per day and then end up with 1100 or so. Can't exercise much cuz I have a broken foot. Might try to get myself to do resistance training this week. That would help. Trying to drink lots of water and take green tea supplements. Any other ideas?
135.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Suzi161. Will do. Part of the problem too is that I have gotten out of the habit.
