Ouch! But not surprised. My whole routine is on its head just now. And training weights seems to make me hungry. Managing a not-bad routine that doesn't involve a lot of elbows. Went to the physio again. Got acupuncture which seems to have loosened things off a bit. But don't dare go back swimming yet. It is gonna be dresses this Christmas....too fat for tight trousers!!

Have you thought about wearing a sleeve on your elbow for swimming? Neoprene was developed to be used in the water, so no reason you couldn’t wear it on your elbow only. Just don’t expect longevity from it.
