I'm binge eating and don't know why

197.8 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb. Still to go: 52.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.0 lb a week

I do that sometimes and don't know why either. Just have to try and control the urge when it hits.
