been 6 weeks since being stuck at 137.4 lbs looks like it could be 7 soon ..... at least I didn't gain as I ate nothing but junk leading up to Lady time for the week 😪

Erin kudos to you for maintaining for the past 6-7 weeks, you’re doing amazing. Personally I find this is the hardest part of my weight loss journey. I tend to fall of the wagon fairly quick during a plateau and stay on the ground for weeks or months, then have to start over again.

I'm going to be stepping up physical workouts, walks, extra cleaning now the weather is colder again. Might even work back in fasting 3 days a week to see if any of ot helps. I'm so close to my goal yet so far away still. Thank you Val_Lily 😊
