Ok I went crazy with eating thee wrong food choices ! wine and junk food clearly are not on Atkins I guess I am back to square one. Oh well Im back with the program today.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
