Back at the Gym today. I woke up feeling fine, but struggled a bit at the Gym. I think I can attribute some of it to taking Benadryl & Zyrtek before bed last night. I realized (Google) I shouldn't be taking both. I take a Zyrtek every night for allergies. I got some nasal congestion & runny nose again & was trying to stop it. My heart rate was elevated & I was out of breath several times during my workout. I won't take both again. The congestion seems to be better tonight, so hopefully, it's clearing up. I was doing so much better last Wed. & Friday! It's frustrating to keep getting knocked back with my progress.

Since our Gym schedule changed, I plan to go again on Thursday, then do a workout at home on Saturday & take a walk outside instead of the treadmill. Hubby said maybe we should go walk at the park. We used to do that often, but haven't in awhile.

Off to bed 🛌 📚 😴
135.6 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
