Hi 👋🏽 well😵‍💫fell off the track. I thought my plans of eating healthy during a four day cruise won’t make a dent in my progress. Here’s to a restart to get back. Doing it the right way.
119.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

You don’t need a restart, you just need to continue on with your usual routine. Life happens, vacations happen. You had a good time, now just continue on.

I have an 8 day cruise coming up that I will not be tracking and enjoying. I find that usually when I get back that if I just get back into my normal routines it comes off pretty fast! Good luck! Did you have fun on the cruise?

Usually it's the alcohol that adds up quick. You'll be fine in a couple of weeks.

I just got off a cruise too. The food is so rich they add oil and sugar to everything! Luckily there was a gym on mine so I was able to counteract the effects of the food each day.

There is so much fatty, sweet, and heavy food on a cruise. You know what to do and I think you'll recover in a couple of weeks. 👍👍
