I worked out with weights and the elliptical stepper this morning. Barbeque with one slice of bread and pineapple for lunch. That's a bit high in carbs, but a few bad carbs is okay. I just need to be careful the rest of the day. I'd like to get through this weekend without the typical (for me) weekend weight gain.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
