Worked out this morning. Staying on plan in the evenings is tough for me. Coffee after work helps; it seemes to cut the hunger.


188.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Yeah it does. You are doing great though...don't sweat the small stuff just try to follow as close as possible.

I have a hard time at night to. This weekend will be tought cause am working the night shift all weekend. but the good thing is I will get my workouts in all but today need a slight brake your doing great so keep up the good work and dont beat yourself up
