Oh, baby! I get to eat on Sunday again. :) Yolanda may be right. The threat of the 40 hour fast may be helping me shed weight.

Uh. Erm. Blush. I just realized that I had breakfast at 11, then lunch at 1, then a protein shake after my workout. 2400 calories so far today 700 over my daily target. Oh well. What's for supper? Adding a song to my original post. It's my excuse okay?

Ooops. Shake it up.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
