So....I decided enough is enough. Even though I shouldn't be surprised my weight was up today after an indulgent breakfast yesterday (for Hubby, but I enjoyed it too) & lunch out....a huge serving of fries with my wrap, although I only ate half of the fries, almost all of the wrap. Dinner tonight was a big salad topped with chicken. I did eat one of the bear claws we bought after the Gym for dessert, but my calories were still just over 1700. I've been averaging 1900 - 2000. Since today was a Gym day, I know I burned more calories.
I'm going to be more careful til I'm back at 135. I'm still fitting in my clothes fine, but I like a little wiggle room.
It stormed several times today. We had to wait for a few minutes at the Gym for the downpour to slow down so we could leave & get to our car.
Off to bed now 😴
