Faster!!! :)
185.8 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know for sure, once I've got the final cut done (phase 2 will be from 182 to 175 ish) I'm doing the reverse diet for sure. Bring up the calories and keep it under control. Last year I picked berries like crazy and part of the lifting bulk was berries and ice cream, and it will be gain. But this time it will be once a week, and no more bulking. It does not work for me (but I loved the excuse).

Tika's doing good. She's healing well from the surgery. They shaved her belly. She looks like she's playing a part in The Lion King. Br_e_co. I'm not competing. I'm just learning. I've been lifting now for about two years. It's a part of me. Trying things for myself lets me change my focus and keep fresh. Next time it is a slow controlled gain with a cut once a month if necessary if the weight's coming on too fast.
