Finally back from the great white north. Because of 2 flight cancellations it ended up being 30 hours longer than I planned. My weight is essentially flat from a week ago, which I think is okay given that it was a trip out of town that included, work meals, family meals, and meals with friends.

The goals for this week are to eat healthy, get excercise, and reduce my weight a bit. My goal is to shed 5 pounds this month, which is doable if I stay focused. My experience is that if I deviate much from the plan I will add weight quickly.

183.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
