Ate about 1800 cals yesterday and my milk supply remained unchanged. I think I might continue with 1800 over the course of the week and see if it continues the same. If so I'll drop my cals to 1500. I've tried researching online and there is a lot of conflicting info, each site spitting out a different number of calories I should be getting. So trial and error it is for now. Definitely shedding some water weight.

When I was breastfeeding I upped my cals by 300 daily and that seemed to be MY magic #. I was consuming 1200 & could NOT LOSE!!! I read ypu should eat 300 to 500 more cals per day when BFing so I started w 300 and within a week or 2 BAM...I could hardly believe it. So I am NOT sure what FS has your minimum at but maybe 300 more?
