No change, which is fine by me, better than going up! I reset my RDI as I'm halfway to my goal and Fatsecret cruelly reduced my calorie allowance to 1600 lol.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
