Well going out to dinner for Valentines Day might not have been a good idea. Oh well I'm back on track now.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Glad to see you got back on track! I did the same thing, off track for 2 days, and I felt horrible. I'm back on track today, so hopefully the junk I ate won't affect me too much, lol!
