I weighed 165.00 this morning, which was good. However, my big goal is make this weight top of my daily/weekly fluctuation range which will take a good deal of sustained effort.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
