This is a new start after a terrible food history over Christmas and beyond. I made the conscious decision in December not to count calories and just to enjoy myself. Note to self: you are not controlled enough to think like this! Focused on regaining the good habits I'd developed.
Saving grace is that I have been really consistent with exercise. Cycling has replaced out door swimming over the summer. As I can't cycle most of this week I'm off the the Energy Box tonight to try out a High Intensity Class (sounds a bit scary - yikees!)
