I am checking back in. 168 to 162 is my current average weight range. I am pretty happy with that, but I am working mainly on building strength for rock climbing while maintaining that range.

My diet/lifestyle these days is more of a hybrid between SB and generally meeting my nutrition and calorie levels.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
