Yay -- moving in the right direction. I'm feeling pleased to have decreased weight over a weekend, and particularly over a superbowl weekend.

Logging the food when it is a small portion of something is hard. For example, last night I had some cheese -- a small bit of brie, slice of cheddar, a few almonds.

Goals for today: Exercise -- 12K steps, eat properly (especially in the evening), record food and exercise.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
