And another lb down! Not sure how that's happening, but okay then! I just had a great workout with the Personal Trainer, sure my arms will be feeling it later though. My weekend goal is to not gain back any of the weight that's mysteriously gone away this week. Tomorrow will be interesting, as I've signed up for a service project with my church, followed by a joint birthday party for my daughter & granddaughter at a mini-golf place. If I can just keep the calories to a reasonable level, I should get plenty of exercise to maintain this current weight. I did get paid today, so obviously there will be some shopping, and possibly cleaning my kitchen (darn thing is never clean, and even when it is cleaned it doesn't stay that way for long). Probably having the other Mahi Mahi fillet for lunch, with a bit of rice & salad. Not sure about anything else. Well, hope everyone has a great weekend!
152.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
