Feeling better finally, but still coughing & blowing my nose alot. Oh well. Hubby bought some banana bread mix yesterday so I baked some this morning, and yes I'm going to have some if I bake it! So will definitely do some cardio this morning. Still planning to do the 5K this weekend, hopefully it'll be warmer & I won't have a relapse!
154.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
