Not much change, but it least it is in the right direction. Hoping to hit 65kg by the 1st of Feb. Managed 3 hour-long workouts this week. Next week aiming for 4.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
