I imagine I'll be at this weight for a few days now. My losses tend to come in jumps. My first goal is to get to 182. Depending on the next jump, I may get into the orange. I'm pleased. After the 182 my goal will be 170 or there abouts.

Have a good day everyone. Time to put on my creative hat.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes and no. Yes, because I like you. No, you need a see-through mug to see that awesome drink you are having. ;)

I HAD a see through mug. I'm not sure what happened to it. I think it was a conspiracy.
