Happy New Year!

First day back at work after another 4 day weekend. I have been doing a lot of thinking though, and as much as I would love to not have to work, it gives me stability that I don't think I would be able to achieve on my own. I am much better at making healthy eating choices and following a set schedule while I'm at work, as opposed to eating whatever I feel like when I'm free at home. Waking up today at 6:30 though was definitely NOT pleasant.

Started another Dietbet yesterday, thinking it should be a piece of cake. At least I hope it will. I'm trying as best I can to start over food wise, 100%, and try to go back to the meal plan I was on when I first started my journey. Its a LOT harder than I expected. I still have a hard time saying no to the foods I know I shouldn't eat. Hopefully gonna get back on track now that I'm back at work.
