Well, had a little more wine and food than I had planned and didn't work out. So..... up half a pound. No worries. Still down over 2 pounds from 3 days ago. Just gonna get back on it. So today work out before brekki, like in 10 minutes. Then I won't miss out on that. Then super careful on my food, except that I am having sushi for lunch. I will try to keep the rest of the days food to a minimal to make up for that.
