Good day yesterday - except for work. Day from hell. I think I'm getting burned out. But still have bills to pay. Will have a better attitude today - I hope.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
