flat to yesterday.

Tom and having some tummy aches at the moment. probably also need to be hydrating more. at night I drink loads of tea but during the day I think I'm just not drinking enough.

esp now with higher water retention I should really up my fluid intake.
122.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
