Happy Sunday!! I’m Thankful for all the nice people on here and support!!! 😊👍
Weekends are pretty much my only free time away from work so heading to the gym for a workout. Hopefully a little run and some lifting. Have a fantastic day!!! 🌞😁
263.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
