Okay, so it's clear to me now that I have to go back to the way things used to be. Counting the macros - treating food as a drug. Ditch the starchy carbs, keep protien up and increase fats to add calories without upsetting the insulin/glucagon balance. *Sigh* I was hoping to avoid all that. Back to what works.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have measuring cups and spoons everywhere. My desk at work, my car, and all over the kitchen. My postal scale is now my kitchen scale
