Keeping steady. I've only really been trying for a few days, so I'm not surprised I'm holding. The wife is away this weekend and the real problem is... I know how to bake and I'm considering....
186.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't do it! You must bake it so you can see how bad that vanilla thingy really is. :-)

Bake, but take it to a hospice center, to church, to a friend's house, somewhere...but DON'T LEAVE IT IN YOUR HOUSE!!! That's too dangerous. I once made a pineapple upside down cake, I ate a little and then to keep myself from eating it, I put it in the freezer. By the end of the day it was gone...and I was the only one home. Hmmm.... Happy Baking!!

Hey! All that can be made low carb. Almond flour, egg and Erythritol or other non-sugar sweetener of your choice to make a 'one minute muffin'. A little muffin in a cup... not a 9x12 pan of unhealthy somethings.... Portion control will do it.
