Still on GM diet.
Day one fruit only - tough day to follow ; made it
Reward loss 1 kg to 82.2

Day 2 fruit / vegetable only Think it will go better

No exercise - do not whant too much stress on 62 year old body.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
