So, I'm down another 1/4 lb, probably water retention. I've been trouble wearing my ring, but I can put it on today. So, my hubby had a REAL EARLY procedure this morning, had to be at the hospital at 6am. I grabbed a quick yogurt & banana before leaving, then naturally afterwards we got something for breakfast around 9:30am. So that explains the calories, I've already eaten about half my allotment for today LOL! Got my 2 fruit servings & probably the two grains as well, so I definitely don't need that mid-morning snack. The rest of the day will be meat & veggies only, plus I should be able to get my 1 hr workout done before lunchtime.

Also, this is day 9 of the 21-day fix, and my goal for the 2nd week is to lose 2 lbs. I can't expect to lose 4 lbs every week (though how cool would THAT be?😎), but 2 lbs should be doable. Let's go people, let's GO!!!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
