Seriously 😐 at least I have 5 more pounds. No sweat still in range. Today’s plan: Reduce salt, decrease sweets and drink plenty water. No more sandbags for now. Need mental break after this Nicole storm ⛈️ #Embrace progress not perfection 🫶🏽
