Down another 1/2 lb, slightly disappointed with that. I was hoping for another lb, but I'll take it. I'm sticking with the 21-day fix diet, but I probably need to pull the calories down a bit. I'm supposed to eat between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. In the past, I've found that 1400 is a good target, but for some reason I'm not hitting it. Last night a Y member brought me a pumpkin spice lattte, totally unexpected and appreciated, though I only drank about 1/4 of it. Didn't want to be awake all night, plus calories of course! Morning workouts are starting to happen, that's a good thing. Today I'm planning on chicken piccata for lunch, with just a slight amount of pasta and probably steamed asparagus, then finish off the Kale salad for dinner at work. The plan calls for 4 servings of veggies a day, so I basically just double up what I have at lunch & dinner. Also doing pretty well on the "No junk food November" pledge, except for that latte. Today's another day, LET'S GO!!!
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
