Started at the gym yesteday. Felt good, but I hurt today. Used muscle I didn't know I had. Then into the pool for an hour. Didn't swin much, just hung out wit friends. Back to the gym tonight with Jim. Hope I can keep this up. Paid for 1 month just have to put in the effort.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
