Trying to convince myself to enjoy this weekend’s festivities without counting calories 😓
PS. Dealing with iron deficiency, ladies, please put good foods/ recipes in the comments 🆘
178.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pumpkin seeds helped me with iron deficiency once upon a time when I was vegetarian. Lifted the brain fog fast. Good luck! ☺️

Eating a Carnivore diet helped me with iron deficiency. I used to crave and eat so much ice ❄️😅😂

Thanks! I do eat a lot of spinach and white meat (chicken and fish). My doctor once told me to eat raisins and orange juice before going to donate blood… I’ll have to try pumpkin seeds 🤔

As far as I know, red meats (and especially organ meats like liver) contain much more iron than white meats
