Day 2 of the Sugar Busters "Reset". We've been texting our messages of support back and forth. I am surprised. One woman in our group lost 1.5 lbs in one day and one man lost 2.5 lbs yesterday. Everybody's bodies respond differently I guess. I lost .5 lbs.
