Slight gain in weight so far. Thats good since I have been shifting to more lifting exercises (using a lot of P90X right now). Just checked my body fat and the calipers say I'm at 7.7% right now.

160.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
