This isn't a good weigh in but seeing as the challenge starts today and it's my own challenge I thought I'd better be honest and log it! Good luck to everyone!
127.4 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
