I'm lucky to still be weighing in at 211. I was up to 213 on Monday and Tuesday. Then fasted per usual on Wednesday. So, staying on this plateau is the best outcome. I will stay on track! But, I GOTTA watch what I eat! Maybe reduce calories for a few days a week.....
211.0 lb Lost so far: 156.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
