Really feeling like I'm getting back on track with this past week. The future hubs has really taken on this lifestyle change for the better I think. He is actually making an effort to go to the gym, and really has been focusing on eating better. Of course he isn't interested in logging anything at all at the moment, but I guess we need to start off with baby steps, and changing his eating/gym habits is the first step. I had him get his measurements taken by my trainer friend, and his body fat percentage is ridiculously lower than what I had originally thought it would be. I was expecting him to be between 35-40% body fat, and he's at a whopping 27%. I've been doing this for 9+ months and I'm still in the mid 30's. He's always been naturally incredibly muscley though, so I don't know why I'm even surprised. For the record though, he's incredibly out of shape and I can still lift more than him and my cardio is much better :)
It is a lot easier to eat better when we're both on the same page. It's nice to know that someone is suffering along with me instead of being completely alone. I will admit though that I'm nervous that he's going to do better than me. I lost 15-20 pounds in the first half of the year but it seems like the past 2-3 months I have been stuck in the low 150's and making absolutely zero progress. I know I'm not doing all that I can be doing, but its still sad to think. If I had been able to stay at a constant 1 pound loss per week, I would be about 35-40 pounds down since I started. Instead I'm back to fluctuating between 15-20 pounds down, and its incredibly upsetting. I also told myself I would lose 15 pounds by Halloween, but I am already several weeks behind with that goal, so I really think at this point I will probably not make it by then. Just trying to stay positive, and get back on track (AGAIN), and I am trying not to let stress consume me. I do believe a lot of my issues have to do with stress. I wish I could be one of those people where I get stressed out and the pounds fall off, but unfortunately I think it is completely the opposite, and I start stressing and every pound clings to my body. Definitely not ideal when trying to lose weight for sure.

Hope everyone has a happy Friday and a great weekend!
