I really blew it this weekend - I didn't pay attention to anything I ate. This plateau is really getting to me - depressed - "why should I bother". Now is show what happens when I don't pay attention - gained 2 lbs. At least I broke the plateau - but in the wrong direction. Will be better today - promise. Don't like seeing the scale go up. Hopefully dance lessons start on Wednesday will help with exercise.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
