Very proud of myself. Sticking to a pretty low calorie intake, really keeping an eye on my macros, and making time last night for a gym trip. Unfortunately it was the least productive gym trip ever, because once I got there I realized I brought my ipod but not my headphones. I'm learning that I really need to have my music to keep my focused while I workout. So It was a pretty uneventful workout, but at least I went!

151.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
