I'm going to try to start recording what tier of michi's ladder I am eating, we'll see how this works.

Breakfast: oatmeal (tier 1) + granola bar and raisins (tier 2).
159.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
