I just bounce back and forth from 141 to 142. That's good, because I'm starting to look and little gaunt and I don't want to be too thin.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

A good breakfast is the secret for me. Sausage patty, egg and a slice of pepper jack cheese stacked with a small side of salsa. I like mine hot so I even add a few hot pepper flakes to my egg, etc. Yummy.
