Had a lot of fun last weekend and so I started the week with 4 extra lbs of water retention. It came off quickly so I was back on track as of yesterday but today finally a new loss! 😁
192.3 lb Lost so far: 72.7 lb.    Still to go: 43.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
