Day 44: scale finally moved! So close to 175, which is my next mini goal. Followed my diet and even went walking last night when I got home, even though I was exhausted. I have to make it a habit to do some form of exercise or else I will just keep making excuses. I recently purchased a fitbit and it is amazing to see how inactive I am throughout a work day! Makes me motivated to move more.
